Latest version: 2.0.3 (24th December 2011).
Fixes: v2.0.3
-The previous version did not load the Neopets shop page completely before reading items in the shop, resulting in some items in the shop not being detected. Now, ALL items restocked in shops should be detected.
-I have put some handler codes to prevent the run-time error '5' that would pop up in previous version due to the program reading the shop page before it had loaded completely.
-Uses less less less CPU.
Fixes: v2.0.2
-Authorization did not work for non VIP members (amazing nobody reported that :o). That was a major bug. Should now work for member with equal or more than 75 posts and 3 points.
-1 minor bug on the statistic's Reset Shop Page Load Time function

-Now you can enter shop id 100 and up. (I had mistakenly put limit of 2 digits for shop ID :p)
-'NP in hand' should now really update after each successful buy.

Description:
Another Neopets main shop autobuyer. But this one uses Internet Explorer control. This requires at least 75 posts and 3 points.
System requirements:
1. Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or later. (Memory leak issue fixed on IE 8, that's why)
2. Minimum screen resolution of 1024 pixel by 768 pixel for the Full Mode.
Check list before using the program:
1. You are logged in to Neopets via Internet Explorer. You can also log in from within the program. Just go to View->Browser->Show Login Page (click it).
2. Internet Explorer cache-reading must be disabled. To disable it, open Internet Explorer browser normally, then go to 'Tools', go to 'Internet Options', click 'Settings', choose/click 'Every visit to the page', click 'OK'and click 'OK' again, and close Internet Explorer. Then it is done.

In Full Mode, you can position the browser further up to suit your preferred view by going to View->Browser->Position Further Up. And then after that continue with CTRL+<ARROW UP key> to position it even further up.

| It looks nice, wish i didnt give my points away, Anyways will this work if you run on Firefox or does it have to be running on Internet Explorer? |

The IE browser is integrated in the program. So, as long as you have IE available in the Windows you're running, it will run. Must upgrade to IE 8 though. IE 6 has memory leak issue. |

ok, I have IE 8 Downloaded so its all good. Ive never seen a Ab before run on IE so its very unique. |

Impressive... I guess we could call that the only autobuyer that supports java, javascript, flash, frames and laoding images - which all other autobuyers don't do. Just from common sense this should be the best autobuyer ever regarding "visibility" - should be absolutely impossible for tnt to tell you use an autobuyer from their logs... At least if you dont run it 24/7... XD

| No, both look very "person like". TNT see's my program as a regular user. Updated all sent headers and whatnot to be exactly like IE or FF (well it sends as FF for now as I haven't made it an option to choose which). |

I had been autobuying with both kind of autobuyers, this kind of IE autobuyer and httpwrapper autobuyer like Joe's Stealth. I've never been frozen for using those both, yet... I made sure the HTTP header looks legit though, before I use the httpwrapper autobuyer.

Memory Leak; Program continues to use up system memory without freeing them back.
I'm still disappointed with the IE browser. The IE 8 didn't fix the memory leak issue, it only reduce it. I get a slowdown after 1 hour of Abing. With IE 6 I get worse slowdown after 1 hour of Abing. I have to exit and restart the program after every 1 hour to counter the memory leak.
Maybe I'm missing something with the webbrowser coding? or maybe its the javascript in Neopets page caused the memory leak? I guess I have to tweak around with the integrated browser to find out.
Edit: I've rechecked. Weird... I don't get memory leak with IE 8 anymore. Last morning it memory-leaked on me. This evening it didn't. Weird... |
